Design by Dave Grant, Grand Pines Golf Club is a scenic and challenging 18 hole layout that is guaranteed to test the skill level of all golfers. Grand Pines offers the choice of three tees per hole, with lengths ranging from 5,631 to 6,664 yards, allowing golfers to select the course suited to their game. This championship course borders the Belair Provincial Forest in the heart of the lake country, minutes away from both Grand and Victoria Beaches.
What started as a private three-hole golf course has now become the pride of many Dominion City residents. The Kyle Memorial Golf Course is a 9 hole, 2029 yard, par 33 course. The course offers a fun yet challenging round of golf with a lot of water hazards involved providing golfers the chance to practice precise accuracy. The Kyle Memorial Golf Course is also very family friendly and offers free golf to all players aged 17 and under.
La Vérendrye Golf was created in 1991 and has since undergone numerous improvements. These upgrades, along with the course’s natural beauty and maturing process, have helped make it what it is today. Designed by renowned golf course architect David Wagner, the course offers an array of challenges for every age and ability. Golfers can choose between 4 sets of tees, ranging from over 7,090 yards from the back tees to a very manageable 5,438 yards from the advanced tees.
Surrounded by a mature boreal forest, The Pinawa Golf & Country Club stretches along the edges of the Winnipeg River and the Pinawa Channel, its fairways undulating over and around outcroppings of shield rock for 6,270 awesome yards. These natural environs and their wildlife inhabitants make the club one of the most scenic, exhilarating, and challenging courses in Manitoba. Located in the midst of pristine wilderness beauty, The Course that Nature Built has become one of the province’s premier golf venues.
Pine Ridge provides a true test for golfers of all skill levels. Founded in 1912, Pine Ridge is an exquisite Donald Ross designed course. At 6600 yards, it is not particularly long by today’s standards. However, what it gives up in length, it more than makes up for with strategically placed hazards, elevation changes, and challenging greens. Set amongst rolling hills, giant pines, and lush forest, Pine Ridge provides the perfect round of 18 holes of Championship golf.
