The Eastman Boxing Club family has been keeping busy! Their regular schedule might have been cancelled, but they have been developing and sharing workout videos on their Facebook page.
In the regular season, they offer a variety of classes to help you get in shape and learn some boxing skills while having fun! Their schedule changes, but classes include CrossFit, fight team, and stretch and core classes.
On Epic Fitness & Ice’s Facebook Page there are some tremendous virtual workouts, yummy recipes, and even workout and healthy living tips for people of all ages and skill levels!
When their doors open again, you can expect a fun, safe, and unique gym setting. They have two components to their gym: a fitness wing with workout equipment of all kinds and programs that help you reach your goal. The second component is a state-of-the-art, year-round hockey and ice training wing that includes Topshelf Goaltending training centre.

FUEL Fitness & Nutrition is still working hard to make sure you are living the healthiest life you want! On their Facebook Page are short videos of workouts to do, or you can sign up for online classes!
FUEL Fitness & Nutrition is a 24-hour gym that has all your workout needs! Equipped with two showers, a FUEL station (serving coffee, tea, smoothies, and much more), and equipment of all kinds. If you feel like you need some extra help in reaching your goals, they will be there to help! With fitness classes, personal training, personalized fitness training, nutrition guidance, and even supplement and life coaching.
Whether you need training, recipes for dinner, or just need help to get moving, The Local Motion is there to help! They are offering online classes throughout May so that you can get the most out of your workout sessions! They also post great recipes that are both delicious and healthy on their Facebook Page.

South Moon Studio is a travelling studio that provides visual and healing art classes and workshops for people of all ages. They also have plenty of yoga workshops that are perfect for all levels of skill. Classes can be modified due to injuries.
