The Eastern Region is still busy with events, activities and workshops! Check out one of the Halloween events happening all over the Region, or get your cupcakes into the Halloween season. Get ready for your Christmas shopping because Christmas markets and craft sales are starting up this week too!

Halloween Cupcake Decorating Class

October 28 & 29 – Lac du Bonnet & Pinawa

All the kids will howl with delight when they see the spooktacular creations you bring home from Halloween Cupcake Decorating Class! Just in time for a Halloween party or to treat yourself to while you hand out candy on Halloween!

Tarantism Dance Classes

November 3 – St. John’s Heritage Church & Arts Centre – Lac du Bonnet

Has your child wanted to learn how to dance like a ballerina? Or learn a few Hip Hop moves? Well, now they can at the Tarantism Dance Classes. Sign your child up for one (or more) of the different classes they offer today!

Mediation Services 40th Anniversary Celebrations

November 1 – A Maze in Corn – St. Adolph

Everyone is welcome at the Mediation Services 40th Anniversary Party. Enjoy the day exploring the Corn Maze, going on hayrides, getting up and close with animals at the petting zoo and a delicious supper with entertainment.

An Evening with Dan and Laurel and Special Guest

November 1 – Pinawa Community Centre – Pinawa

American Roots-Folk duo Dan Frechette & Laurel Thomsen combine soaring violin, diverse guitar styles, and unique vocal chemistry for “a match made in heaven.” Based in Northern California, their third album was top ten on the Canadian Campus Radio Roots charts in 2016. They have toured North America extensively for the past six years, made their European debut in 2017, and are now touring in support of their recently released fourth album, Driving By Candlelight.

Dawson Trail Museum 2019 Winter Artisan Craft Sale
