Get ready to support the surrounding area’s Food Banks because the CP Holiday Train is making its way to Whitemouth to not only fundraise for a fantastic cause but also to throw one heck of a good time.

The CP Holiday Train is coming to Whitemouth! Have a whole load of fun and family time all the while supporting Food Banks in the area! Listen to fantastic live music by two incredibly talented Canadian artists – Madeline Merlo and Scott Helman.

Gifts in a Jar is a class full of great DIY gift ideas that are perfect for practically anyone, especially all those foodies in your life (or people who just love to eat great food!). You’ll be making 5 assorted “Gifts in a Jar” to take home, and you’ll also get to take home a handout with other great recipes and ideas!

Starlight Snowshoe Adventure

December 6 – Pinawa Suspension Bridge – Pinawa

Put on some snowshoes and enjoy an evening of snowshoeing under the stars. If you’ve never seen the stars devoid of light pollution this is a must tour. Join Pinawa Unpluffed Eco-Tours and experience the thrill of snowshoeing after dark using headlamps to guide the way. Your destination will be the warm and cozy outfitters tent where you will break and warm up by the woodstove before returning to the trailhead.

Christmas Town is sure to be a magical event for the whole family, with many activities for all ages. So come dressed in your Christmas best and celebrate the season with the Niverville community.

There will be plenty to do with the family! Everything from photos with Santa, storytime with Mrs. Claus, Elf School, and bake sale and more!

Putting The Art In Winter

Head out to Landmark for a day out and enjoy Putting the Art in Winter – a home-town craft sale in an artist’s private residence just 20 minutes from Winnipeg. Six different artists and crafters have been specially selected to display their skilled workmanship for you, just in time for the gift-giving season.

Family Snowshoe Adventure

Bring the kids to the Family Snowshoe Adventure and experience the fun of snowshoeing while taking in the beauty of the boreal forest on this fun-filled family adventure. The kids will turn into winter explorers as they look for animal tracks in the snow. The tour will venture off-trail to the secluded outfitters’ tent where you can warm up while enjoying a hot beverage before you return to the trailhead.
