One thing you cannot miss when visiting La Broquerie is a visit to Brisette the Cow. Welcoming visitors who venture into the community is Brisette, a 2m high statue. This adorable landmark is sure to put a smile on your face and is the perfect spot for a photo while reminding how important the local dairy industry is to the region.

If you are looking for a place to cast your line, brave the chilled water with your canoe or kayak, or simply take in a gorgeous view, then a visit to Seine River won’t disappoint! The river rises in the Sandilands Provincial Forest. It passes by or through the communities of Marchand and La Broquerie (as well as Ste. Anne and Lorette), before reaching the Red River Floodway near Winnipeg city limits.
