DESCRIPTION:The primary focus of this 2-Day Human Resource Series is to provide supervisors\, new leaders and those who perform people-related functions in a business\, with both a broad overview of the human resource functions and give them the tools they require to deal with day-to-day human resource tasks. \nWhether you are a new leader or supervisor or small business owner\, these 2 sessions will provide everything from how to write a job description to how to hire the right employee and deal with performance issues. \nThe training with assist in improving your skills by learning the fundamentals of human resource mangement. Today\, more than ever\, knowing how to attract and retain employees is critical to the success of an organization. \nYou will develop comprehensive recruitment tools to attract and select staff to behavioural-based innterviewing\, performance mangement\, and staff retention strategies. \nThe cost is $200 plus GST for both days. \nDay 1: principles of human resource management.
