Falcon Beach Ranch is the perfect place to horse around – literally!

Put on those cowboy boots and experience Falcon Lake trails while riding horseback! Falcon Beach Ranch is home to horses and ponies who would love to be part of your journey, no matter how experienced or inexperienced you are. Offering a variety of horse-related activities (trail rides, wagon rides, you-lead pony rides, and much more), you can spend hours, or even days, being in the company of beautiful animals.

Falcon Beach Ranch also has three authentic log cabins surrounded by forest galore and overlooking the Ranch, offering a unique, blissful getaway out in the country!

Pinawa Channel Float and Paddle is a spectacular way to explore the Pinawa Channel. Offering rentals for single and multi-rider tubes, stand-up paddleboards, canoes, kayaks, pedal boats, bikes (even tandem bikes!), and more, they’ll have everything you need to have an incredible time!

Float and Paddle wants to share the magnificent environment of Pinawa and its most treasured activity of paddling with you. Their goal is to provide access and education to the outdoors while promoting fun, affordable and sustainable activities for visitors in the area.

Hoopla Island (Pinawa)

Experience the ultimate beach day with Hoopla Island!

This giant floating water park attraction has jumps, slides, climbing walls, swings, trampolines and more that promise a fantastic good time while unleashing your inner child! Don’t worry about being graceful or even staying on these floatable structures because half the fun is slipping and falling, splashing and dunking, and just, in general, getting wet and having a great time.

Not only is swimming getting an uplift, but also classic beach games like Tag, The Floor is Lava (or, in this case, the water is lava!), Marco Polo, and other beach favourites in this wonderfully crazy structure!

Midwinter School Heritage Site (East Braintree)

Explore the past by visiting the Midwinter School Heritage Site!

Midwinter School was formally organized in June 1917 and was a one-room school building erected on property donated by Charles Midwinter, a Winnipeg City Councilor. The seven acres parcel of land was situated along the Boggy River in East Braintree. The School House closed in 1968 when rural schools became consolidated. It was then bought by Glenn, McMunn and East Braintree communities and later, it became a Regional Heritage Site in 1989 and a National Heritage Site in 2010.

Today and with the help of volunteers, this century-old building has aged beautifully. Now a museum, you can visit this site and immerse yourself in old memorabilia of the days gone by, explore the numerous antique items and artifacts, and changing exhibits.
