Are you sick and tired of gluten-free goods just tasting a little . . . off? In comes Gabby’s Gluten-Free Goodies to save the day! You can enjoy all your favourite treats and goodies and not even realize that you’re eating something gluten-free. It all started with Gabby Gamelin, a baker, mother of five and wife. With a strong love for food and baking, when Gabby was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in 2017, the news hit her hard. But, not for long.
Soon she was on a mission to create a delicious yet cost-smart bread recipe. Through many trials and error, with some turning into bricks, doorstops and then finally breadcrumbs, and with Gabby’s determination created the best and tastiest gluten-free bread recipe.
Now, Gabby’s Gluten-Free Goodies has grown to add a variety of sinfully good treats that everyone can enjoy! Now you can enjoy gluten-free bread, buns, cookies, batter mix, brownies and more without breaking the bank!
You can find their treats in local shops. At Pennyweight Market (Beausejour), you can find their bread and for bread, cinnamon buns, and their Anything Batter Mix at Amanda Lynn Local Food & Gifts (Anola). You can meet the crew in person too! Check out Gabby’s Gluten-Free Goodies’ website for upcoming dates they will be at Farmers’ Markets and delivery dates!
