There’s always something fun and exciting to do in the Eastman. Take your pick from horse-drawn sleigh rides, letting your little ones enjoy the day exploring and learning about the outdoors and so much more!

Nature Detectives

December 19
Birds Hill Provincial Park – Birds Hill

Enjoy fun games, crafts, songs and a healthy snack while learning more about the outdoors and discover the animals and plants that call Birds Hill Provincial Park their home. Nature Detectives programs are designed for preschool children ages 3-5 and their caregivers. Younger siblings welcome. An adult must accompany all children.

Horse Drawn Sleigh Rides

December 21 and 22
Havenwood’s Horses – Beausejour

Get outdoors with Havenwood’s Horses and enjoy a 45- 60-minute sleigh ride followed up with a hot – chocolate around the fire. Rides may be booked for groups of 1-10 people at 1:00, 3:00 or 5PM. Cost is $75 / group.

Women’s Empowerment Workshop

Move Right Therapy – Beausejour

The Woman’s Empowerment Workshop is a fun and interactive group workshop! Learn simple yet extremely effective methods that you will feel the benefits of right away. Children’s Christmas Party

December 21
Dominion City Arena – Dominion City

Annual Children’s Christmas Party on Friday, December 21 from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm at Dominion City Arena. Free event for all including pictures with Santa, a balloon artist, skating, and games. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult

Crèche Festival / 9ième Festival des Crèches

December 18-22
Library Allard – St. Georges

Get into the spirit of the season and come to check out the many diverse artistic interpretations of the Nativity of Christ at the 9th annual Crèche Festival
