The city of Steinbach is located Southeast of Winnipeg and offers a host of recreation activities for visitors. Known for the Mennonite Heritage Village, Steinbach also boasts an Aquatic Centre and splash park that will entertain visitors of all ages, world-class golf destination and cultural cuisine.  Home to annual events such as a Winter Carnival, Pioneer days and Summer in the City Festival (June), Canada Day Celebrations, Pioneer Days (August long), Movie in the Park (all summer).  Watch a Pistons game at the TG Smith Centre, experience history in a unique way at the Mennonite Heritage Village, shopping, experience local talent in a show, concert or performance as part of our thriving arts and culture scene, Bethesda Foundation Gifts of Light – Lighting of the Trees Ceremony, Mennonite Heritage Village Touch of Christmas and the Living Nativity, tobogganing on Abe’s Hill in LA Barkman Park, skating at any of the city’s outdoor rinks,  Annual Winter Carnival in February, cross-country skiing, walking, running, cycling, rollerblading on the network of paths around the city, soccer, tennis, football, baseball Steinbach provides a vast array of visitor services that include food, fuel, accommodations, and much more.
