Black River First Nation
Located along the banks of the scenic O'Hanley and Little Black Rivers, Black River First Nation population is 980 and the primary language used is Ojibwe. The Community has a window plant, water treatment facility, truss plant, health centre, Head Start Program and a general store/gas bar. The community is accessible year round by paved road. The area is superb for boating, water skiing, swimming, fishing, hunting, photography, cross country skiing and snowmobiling.
